Warehouse Associate

Location: Ridgeway, SC 
Pay:

Day Shift: $18.00+/per hour

Schedule:

Day Shift (Mon-Fri): 7:00 AM 4:00 PM
Full-time positions available through June (peak season)
Overtime may be available

Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associates to join a fast-paced distribution team. This role involves order picking, loading trucks, and operating warehouse equipment to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a physically demanding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

-Build orders for dock routes per invoice using case picking or bottle line processes
-Load route trucks according to computerized schematics
-Operate equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, reach trucks, and pallet jacks
-Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues
-Safely handle and move product throughout the warehouse
-Maintain a clean and organized work environment
-Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
-Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications:

-High school diploma or equivalent preferred
-Previous warehouse or equipment operation experience preferred
-Experience with forklifts (order picker, reach truck) preferred for day shift
-Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English
-Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
-Professional attitude and ability to work independently or on a team

Work Environment:

-Fast-paced warehouse setting
-Physically demanding work including lifting up to 65 lbs
-Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
-Exposure to warehouse equipment, dust, and debris
-Must follow all safety and PPE requirements
