Pay Rate:

Starting at $19.00 per hour (DOE)

Shift Available:

Monday - Friday: 6:00 AM - 4:45 PM
Must be flexible with schedule and overtime as needed

Job Overview:

We are seeking reliable and motivated Assemblers to support final assembly and pre-delivery inspection (PDI) operations. This role involves installing components, performing inspections, and ensuring equipment meets quality and safety standards before delivery. Candidates should have strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work both independently and within a team.

Key Responsibilities:

-Perform final assembly and installation of equipment options based on customer specifications
-Conduct pre-delivery inspections (PDI) to ensure equipment meets quality standards
-Identify and report defects or quality issues to the Team Lead
-Use hand tools, torque wrenches, impact wrenches, and other mechanical equipment
-Read and follow work instructions, drawings, and work orders
-Detect faulty equipment or defective materials
-Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S standards)
-Follow all safety and quality procedures at all times
-Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet production goals

Requirements:

-25 years of mechanical or assembly experience preferred
-High school diploma or GED required
-Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
-Ability to read and interpret basic drawings and instructions
-Strong attention to detail and quality focus
-Ability to work independently and in a team environment
-Ability to adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
-Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
