Express Employment Professionals of Mount Vernon is currently recruiting an Office Clerk for a respected community-focused partner organization that provides affordable public housing and a variety of low-income housing assistance programs. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work, values customer service, and wants to make a positive impact by helping support housing services within the community.

What you get to do:

• Answer phones
• Manage tenant applications
• Maintain tenant files
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Coordinate interviews
• Manage waiting lists
• Process tenant payments
• Produce reports

What you need to be successful:

• Ability to effectively and efficiently utilize computer systems
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with the other departments and with applicants and/or tenants
• Ability to multi task while keeping the overall departmental goals and deadlines in mind

Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:.0AM to 3:00PM

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 (DOE)
