Express Employment is hiring an assistant Janitor with light Maintenance experience for a client of ours!

Pay: $18-$20/hr DOE

Schedule: Two days a week - Monday and Tuesday (plus on call for the rest of the week)

Job Description:
This person will be covering for the Maintenance Manager on their days off and helping with projects like painting, cleaning storage units and the bathroom, putting stickers for notices, cleaning the yard, lifting doors, driving a golf cart to keep an eye on property, pick up garbage, and rare lock cutting. Someone with a handyman background could fit well in this role.

Must be preferring only 2 days a week and ready to go the rest of the week, if you are called in on a rare occasion. 

Must have experience in janitorial and light maintenance or handyman work.
