Looking for a steady schedule, long weekends, and an opportunity to get your foot in the door with a great company? We are hiring a Warehouse Operations Coordinator for a temp-to-hire opportunity starting at $19/hour, PLUS a $100 weekly bonus!

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
Fridays OFF!
Starting Pay: $19/hour
Weekly Bonus: $100
Potential Overtime: January, April, July & October

This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, computer-savvy, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Batch and process customer orders
• Handle order substitutions
• Use a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Enter and maintain accurate order and inventory information
• Communicate with shipping staff regarding deliveries and schedules
• Coordinate with stockers to keep products replenished
• Work closely with warehouse leads and supervisors
• Help keep daily warehouse operations organized and running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

• Warehouse or operations experience preferred
• WMS experience is a plus
• Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
• Strong and accurate data-entry skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Dependable and able to work independently as well as with a team

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to sit, stand, and walk throughout a 10-hour shift and work comfortably in a warehouse environment.

IMPORTANT WAREHOUSE POLICY:
Bluetooth-enabled devices are not permitted on the warehouse floor, including cell phones, smartwatches/Apple Watches, AirPods, wireless earbuds, and other Bluetooth-enabled electronics.
