Flatbed Driver / Warehouse Associate

Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Flatbed Driver / Warehouse Associate to join our team. This is a blended role consisting of approximately 75% warehouse responsibilities and 25% local driving duties. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a warehouse environment while also making local deliveries using a flatbed truck within a 50-mile radius.

Responsibilities

Warehouse Duties (75%)

• Perform shipping and receiving activities, including unloading and verifying incoming shipments.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Stock shelves and maintain organized inventory locations.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist with inventory counts and general warehouse organization.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and productive work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse protocols.

Driving Duties (25%)

• Operate a flatbed truck for local deliveries and pickups.
• Drive approximately 3-4 days per week within a 50-mile radius.
• Secure and inspect loads before transport.
• Complete delivery documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.
• Current DOT Medical Card required.
• Previous flatbed driving experience preferred.
• Experience with shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations.
• Experience operating both:
  • Stand-up Forklift
  • Sit-down Propane Forklift
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
