Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $18.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00 AM–4:30/5:00 PM
Start: Immediate

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and skilled Painter / Maintenance Associate to join our team. The primary focus of this position is residential and property painting, with opportunities to perform general maintenance and basic repairs as needed.

Candidates with professional painting experience are strongly encouraged to apply. We are also open to motivated individuals with some painting experience who have a strong work ethic and are willing to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior painting
• Complete painting preparation, including surface preparation, masking, sanding, and related tasks
• Perform touch-ups and finish work
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Complete general property maintenance as needed
• Perform basic repairs and upkeep
• Assist with additional maintenance tasks as assigned
• Work independently while maintaining quality and attention to detail
• Treat customers' homes and properties with professionalism and respect

Qualifications

• Previous painting experience strongly preferred
• General maintenance or repair experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Dependable, trustworthy, and punctual
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Able to work independently and manage assigned tasks
• Willingness to learn new skills and procedures
• Professional and respectful when working in customers' properties
• Valid driver's license may be required

Candidates with both painting and general maintenance experience are encouraged to apply. However, individuals who primarily want to focus on painting are also welcome.
