Dates: September 17th – September 20th

Pay Rate: $25.00 / hour (Includes paid 1-hour pre-event training!)

Schedule: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM Daily

Job Summary

Are you energetic, outgoing, and love engaging with people? We are seeking enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors for a fun, high-paying, 4-day roadshow event inside a major retail store in Baton Rouge!

In this role, you will represent a premier featured brand at a dedicated promotional display, greeting shoppers, introducing them to the product (including handling potential free samples), and directing them to product locations in the freezer section.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Approach and interact with shoppers in a friendly, high-energy manner to promote the featured brand.

• Product Direction: Guide interested customers to the nearby freezer displays to grab products.

• Sampling & Demonstrations: Assist with managing the event display setup and distributing product samples where applicable.

• Teamwork: Work alongside the onsite event manager to ensure a successful and engaging roadshow.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Personality: Friendly, personable, and comfortable speaking to the public in a retail setting.

• Punctuality & Reliability: Must be available to work all event dates (Sept 17–20) and complete the mandatory 1-hour paid orientation before the event starts.

• Dress Code: Clean jeans, comfortable sneakers, and a provided branded uniform t-shirt.

• Screening: No background check or drug screen required for this event.
