Are you a dependable and hardworking individual looking to join a stable and supportive team environment? Our client, a well-established and respected company in Mississauga, is currently seeking a Warehouse Associate (Order Picker / Packer) to support their growing warehouse operations.

The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule & Benefits

Temporary to permanent position.
Monday to Friday
Day shifts

Key Responsibilities

Pick and pack customer orders accurately using RF scanners
Perform shipping and receiving duties with a high level of accuracy
Load and unload trucks and containers safely and efficiently
Handle and lift products weighing up to 50 lbs
Maintain inventory accuracy and support inventory management processes
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe at all times
Follow company procedures and workplace safety standards
Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors or management

Qualifications & Requirements

1–3 years of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred
Experience using RF scanners and inventory management systems
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and physically active environment
Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities
Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
