Job Title: Shipping & Receiving Associate
City and State: Crystal Lake, IL
Pay Rate: $23/Hr
Schedule/Shift: 8:30am to 5:00pm
Employment Type: Full-Time

Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and hands-on Shipping & Receiving Associate to support daily warehouse and logistics operations in a busy packaging manufacturing environment. This role combines forklift operation, shipping and receiving functions, order fulfillment, and inventory support in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a sit-down propane forklift to load, unload, move, and stage materials safely.
• Pick, pull, and prepare customer orders while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Process inbound and outbound shipments using UPS and WorldShip software and maintain shipping documentation.
• Receive incoming materials, verify quantities and condition, and assist with inventory tracking.
• Manually handle and move steel and plastic drums while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or material handling operations.
• Experience operating a propane-powered sit-down forklift; certification preferred.
• Familiarity with UPS shipping systems and WorldShip software.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials and perform physical work throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, and commitment to workplace safety.
