Job Title: Lead, Warehouse Operations
Location: Flower Mound, TX
Pay Rate: $21 – $25.00 / hour (Based on Experience)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Lead to support daily distribution and inventory processes for a top global logistics facility in Flower Mound. This role oversees inbound and outbound shipments, maintains accurate inventory tracking, enforces SOP compliance, and serves as an active back-up to the Operations Supervisor during peak volumes or absences.
Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Logistics Oversight: Monitor daily inbound/outbound shipments, conduct secondary checks/inspections on orders prior to loading, and manage warehouse floor space for optimal organization.

WMS & Inventory Control: Update physical inventory and order tracking using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), implement FIFO procedures, execute cycle count planning, and maintain chronologically organized shipping documentation (BOLs, release orders, images).

Supervisory Back-Up: Act as the primary back-up to the Operations Supervisor, assisting with administrative tasks, shift coordination, and workflow management as needed.

Facility & Equipment Maintenance: Ensure warehouse cleanliness, monitor operational supplies, and verify that all tools and material handling equipment are in safe, proper working condition.
Qualifications:

Experience: 1–2+ years of warehouse leadership, inventory control, or supervisory back-up experience.

Equipment & Technical Skills: Proficiency operating forklifts; working knowledge of WMS software, MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and RF scanner systems.

Physical & Core Competencies: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and maintain a high level of organization and safety awareness.
