Express Employment Professionals on 99th and Fort Street is currently recruiting for an Overnight Client Support Representative to join a local customer service and support organization in Omaha, NE!

Position Details:
• Type: Full-Time, Evaluation-to-Hire
• Schedule: Overnight Shift, Sunday-Thursday or rotating schedule as assigned
• Location: Omaha, NE
• Pay/Salary: $18.00-$24.00/hour DOE

Job Duties:
• Respond to client inquiries and support requests via phone, email, and chat.
• Monitor client accounts and address issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records within company systems.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments and follow up on resolutions.
• Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
• Previous customer service, call center, or client support experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software systems.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and remain professional in a fast-paced environment.
