🔧 Job Responsibilities

• Assemble motors and motor components according to specifications and work instructions
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and assembly documentation
• Inspect components and completed assemblies for quality and accuracy
• Perform testing and verification procedures as required
• Maintain detailed production and quality records
• Follow all safety and quality standards
• Keep workstations clean and organized
• Work collaboratively with production and quality teams

✅ Qualifications

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, or mechanical experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to read blueprints and assembly instructions
• Experience with hand tools and measuring devices preferred
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Aviation, electrical, or motor assembly experience is a plus but not required
