Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our team in the construction of sheds and tiny homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Previous construction experience is a plus, but not required. On-the-job training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the assembly and construction of sheds and tiny homes.

• Handle tools, materials, and equipment safely and efficiently.

• Assist with site preparation, including clearing and leveling areas for construction.

• Follow safety guidelines and work under the supervision of experienced crew members.

• Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, digging, and cleaning the job site.

• Work with a team to ensure the timely and quality completion of projects.

• Assist with material inventory and ensure job sites are organized.

Requirements:

• No prior construction experience required, but a willingness to learn is essential.

• Ability to lift heavy materials (up to [insert weight] lbs).
