Position Details:
• Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, Business Hours
• Location: Omaha, NE
• Pay/Salary: Up to $120,000/year
Job Duties:
• Represent clients in legal proceedings, negotiations, and business transactions.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, pleadings, motions, and contracts.
• Advise clients on legal rights, responsibilities, and case strategies.
• Collaborate with partners, support staff, and clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Nebraska or ability to obtain reciprocity.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, client service, and organizational abilities.
