Summary
We are seeking a dependable and mechanically skilled Boat Technician to perform a wide variety of repairs and maintenance on boats. This role is ideal for someone with experience working on marine engines, electronics, and general boat systems who is comfortable handling both major repairs and smaller maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in quality workmanship and can troubleshoot issues across different areas of a vessel.

Key Responsibilities
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain boat engines and mechanical systems
• Troubleshoot and repair marine electrical and electronic systems
• Perform common boat repairs and preventative maintenance
• Inspect vessels to identify mechanical, electrical, and cosmetic issues
• Complete both major repairs and minor maintenance tasks as needed
• Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively
• Follow manufacturer specifications and company safety procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Qualifications
• Previous marine, boat repair, automotive, or mechanical experience preferred
• Experience with marine engines and electrical/electronic systems is a strong plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Comfortable working on a variety of boat systems and repairs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Dependable with excellent attendance and work ethic

Location: Pensacola, FL
Position Type: Full-Time
Pay: $18.00/hour and up, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30am–3:30pm
