Summary
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Vessel Maintenance Technician to assist with the repair, maintenance, and detailing of boats. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in auto body repair, fiberglass, painting, or similar work. The technician will be trained on vessel-specific processes and will work on a variety of projects to keep boats looking and performing their best.

Key Responsibilities
• Detail and clean boats to maintain a high-quality appearance
• Sand and prepare fiberglass and other surfaces for repair and painting
• Repair fiberglass and gel coat as needed
• Perform painting and surface finishing on boats
• Inspect vessels for cosmetic damage and areas requiring repair
• Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and effectively
• Follow instructions and maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications
• Previous auto body, fiberglass, marine, or painting experience preferred
• Experience with sanding, body repair, painting, or surface preparation is highly valued
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable with strong attendance and work ethic

Location: Pensacola, FL
Position Type: Full-Time
Pay: $18.00/hour and up, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30am–3:30pm
