A local non-profit behavioral health call center is looking for a motivated call center representative to help provide outstanding customer service support via telephone.
Responsibilities:
As a call agent you will be receiving inbound calls and providing service and direction to people who struggle with addictions such as drugs, alcohol, and gambling. Call agent representatives will guide the caller to the appropriate places to receive the help they need. The representative will make an important contribution by providing a prompt, efficient and courteous service to callers.
Evaluation-to-hire position
6 weeks of paid training from 9-5pm and then there are 3 shifts that are available once training has been completed.
Pay rate : Starting at $15 an hour.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or the equivalent.
- At least one year of previous work experience
- Be neat, well groomed, and have a courteous, pleasant manner
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding customer service and problem solving skills
- Clerical skills including word processing
- Typing of 30 WPM or more
- Passion to help other
- Non- judgmental mind set
