Metal Welder – Air Filter Manufacturing

Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
Location: Fort Myers, FL

We are currently seeking an experienced Metal Welder to join a growing manufacturing company that specializes in industrial air filtration systems. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong welding skills who enjoys hands-on fabrication and working with metal components.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, and gas welding on metal components used in industrial air filtration systems.
• Read and follow basic measurements, drawings, and work instructions.
• Accurately measure parts using a ruler/tape measure.
• Assemble, fit, and weld metal components according to specifications.
• Inspect finished welds and parts for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and production standards.
• Perform other general fabrication and assembly duties as needed.

Requirements

• Previous welding experience preferred.
• Must have experience with MIG and TIG welding.
• Gas welding experience is a plus.
• Must be able to read a ruler and accurately take measurements.
• Ability to work with metal and hand tools.
• Good attention to detail and quality.
• Must be dependable and able to work Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical work throughout the shift.
