Located in Haven, KS

Salary: $18.00/hr.

Now hiring for production across core operations: heat treat line loading, unloading, and pull, clean up, box stack, dip paint, hang and paint, assembly, and grinding. Reports to the Production Supervisor.

What you'll do:

• Provide production labor in assigned work areas and assist with production setup
• Work safely and follow company health and safety policies
• Work as part of a team toward company production standards
• Participate in first part and hourly quality audits
• Bring performance improvement ideas to your supervisor

Requirements:

• Able to lift 50 pounds, sometimes repetitively, throughout the shift
• Able to reach overhead and work standing, stooping, and kneeling; pushing, pulling, bending, and climbing
• Dexterous use of both hands and good corrected vision
• Able to work in above-average temperatures (100+ degrees)
• Able to work with minimum supervision after receiving job instructions
• Positive, respectful attitude and the ability to learn manufacturing operations and technology
• High school diploma or GED preferred
