We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Driver to join our dynamic team at our Greensboro, NC facility. As a Forklift Driver specializing in Less-than-Truckload (LTL) operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient movement of goods within our warehouse. Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, locate, and stack products.
• Load and unload shipments accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper handling of goods.
• Conduct regular safety checks on equipment and report any maintenance needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in inventory management and cycle counts as needed.

Qualifications

• Must satisfy Background Check/Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proof (or referrence) that you held a valid forklift operator certification is required.
• Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution centers.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
