Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Friday, 8:00 AM–3:00 PM

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Customer Service Representative to join a growing local company. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organized, and coordinating with multiple teams to keep orders moving smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with the Sales and Customer Service teams

• Communicate with customers, vendors, manufacturers, and sales representatives

• Receive, confirm, and track customer purchase orders

• Generate purchase orders for manufacturers

• Assist with AP/AR billing

• Coordinate vendor and warehouse deliveries

• Manage and coordinate drop-ship orders

• Help resolve order or delivery issues as they arise

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred

• Comfortable using computers, including Microsoft Excel and Word

• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

• Takes initiative and uses good judgment to solve problems

• Previous customer service or order-processing experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person
