Apartment Maintenance Technician - Tillamook County

Located in Tillamook, OR

Salary: $29-31/hr

We’re looking for an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to provide coverage for two apartment communities. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently and handling a variety of maintenance requests.

Responsibilities:

• Complete apartment and property maintenance work orders
• Perform minor plumbing repairs, including sinks and toilets
• Repair drywall and perform basic patching
• Replace light bulbs and basic fixtures
• Install and replace appliances
• Troubleshoot and resolve general maintenance issues
• Complete most work orders independently
• Major electrical and plumbing repairs are handled by outside vendors
