We’re seeking an experienced Machine Operator who is comfortable working with carpentry tools, reading construction drawings, and producing high-quality building components. What You’ll Do:

• Read and follow construction drawings, specifications, and measurements
• Measure, cut, and prepare materials for walls, floors, roofs, and other structural components
• Operate hand and power tools such as saws, drills, routers, and nail guns
• Build and assemble components according to production and quality standards
• Load, unload, and safely handle construction materials
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work with your team to complete production accurately and on schedule

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous carpentry, construction, manufacturing, or cut shop experience required
• Comfortable using saws, drills, routers, nail guns, and other hand and power tools
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and measurements
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and measuring techniques
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new equipment and processes
