What You Will Do

• Cycle Counting & Audits: Perform routine cycle counts, physical inventory audits, and daily stock reconciliations using RF scanners.

• Stock Tracking: Log incoming receipts, internal stock transfers, and outgoing shipments to ensure system records match physical counts.

• Discrepancy Research: Investigate, flag, and report inventory variances, damaged products, or misallocated stock to management.

• Location Management: Organize storage areas, maintain update bin labels, and optimize rack space for stock efficiency.

• System Logging: Enter counts, print barcodes, and process stock adjustments in inventory management software or ERP tracking systems.

• Shipping/Receiving Support: Assist dock teams with verifying part numbers, serial codes, and item quantities.

What You Need

• Experience Level: Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory control, cycle counting, stockroom auditing, or warehouse operations preferred.

• Technical Skills: Basic math and computer literacy, with comfort using RF scanners, spreadsheets, or warehouse software.

• Detail & Accuracy: High precision when auditing part IDs, logging numbers, and resolving stock discrepancies.

• Physical Capability: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30–50 lbs throughout your shift.

• Equipment Knowledge: Experience operating forklifts or pallet jacks is a strong plus.

• Reliability: Consistent attendance, daily punctuality, and reliable transportation to Saint Louis, MO 63110.

• Screening: Willingness to complete standard pre-employment background checks and screenings.
