What You Will Do

• Loading & Unloading: Manually load and unload freight, boxes, and materials from trucks, trailers, and shipping containers.

• Palletizing & Staging: Stack, palletize, and shrink-wrap materials securely to prevent damage during transit.

• Sorting & Scanning: Sort, scan, and stage incoming packages according to zip codes, routes, or warehouse bin locations.

• Material Movement: Use manual or electric pallet jacks, hand trucks, and carts to move materials across the floor.

• Freight Inspection: Inspect incoming shipments for damage, verify correct quantities, and check label accuracy.

• Dock Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work area while following all safety guidelines.

What You Need

• Experience Level: Previous warehouse, dock, or heavy material handling experience preferred; entry-level candidates with strong work ethics are welcome.

• Physical Capability: Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry 50+ lbs consistently and work actively on your feet throughout the shift.

• Attention to Detail: Sharp accuracy to ensure freight is handled safely and stacked properly according to patterns.

• Reliability: Dependable attendance, daily punctuality, and reliable transportation to Saint Louis, MO 63110.

• Screening: Willingness to complete standard pre-employment background checks and screenings.
