Forklift Operator Job

A busy warehouse and distribution operation is hiring an experienced Forklift Operator / Material Handler to join its team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong sit-down and stand-up forklift experience who is comfortable loading and unloading trailers and working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

If you have experience with forklifts, RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), shipping and receiving, pallet handling, or warehouse operations, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts
• Load and unload pallets from trucks and trailers
• Move, stage, stack, and organize palletized materials
• Use an RF scanner to track inventory and product movement
• Perform transactions within a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Verify products, quantities, and locations for accuracy
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all warehouse and forklift safety procedures
• Perform additional warehouse duties as needed

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of recent forklift experience
• Experience operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts
• Previous experience loading and unloading trailers
• Familiarity with RF scanners
• Experience working with a WMS (Warehouse Management System)
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a warehouse team
