Pay: $21.50 per hour
Schedule: Sunday–Wednesday, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time | Day Shift | 12-Hour Shifts

Forklift Operator – Growth Opportunity

A busy distribution and logistics facility is hiring a dependable and motivated Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate to join its team.

This is more than just a forklift position. We are looking for a sharp, proactive employee who can combine warehouse and forklift responsibilities with strong computer skills. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver, quick learner, and go-getter who takes initiative and wants an opportunity to grow.

For the right person, this position has potential to develop into a Lead role.

What You'll Do

• Operate a sit-down forklift to move, stage, load, and organize materials
• Support daily warehouse, inventory, and material-handling operations
• Use computer systems to enter, locate, and update warehouse information
• Work with NetSuite, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook
• Verify inventory and material movement for accuracy
• Assist with shipping, receiving, staging, and order preparation
• Maintain accurate warehouse and inventory records
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Identify issues and help find solutions instead of waiting for direction
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Take on additional responsibilities as knowledge and experience grow

Computer Skills Are a MUST

Strong computer skills are an important requirement for this position.

Candidates should be comfortable working with:

• Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft Outlook
• Inventory, warehouse, or ERP software
• Data entry and electronic recordkeeping
• Learning NetSuite and other warehouse systems

NetSuite experience is a plus, but the ability to learn new computer systems quickly is essential.

Forklift Experience

Previous forklift or warehouse equipment experience is preferred; however, sit-down forklift training may be available for a strong candidate who has the right warehouse background, computer skills, work ethic, and ability to learn quickly.
