Temporary Administrative Assistant – Human Resources Department

Durration: 2-4 Months

Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for a part-time Administrative Assistant to support the Human Resources Department of a large retail headquarters in Bonita Springs, FL.

Position Details

• Pay: $20.00/hour
• Schedule: Temporary, approximately 3 days per week
• Hours: 20–25 hours per week
• Office Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Location: Bonita Springs, FL
• Work Setting: On-site corporate/retail headquarters

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team
• Assist with employee files, paperwork, and HR documentation
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate employee records
• Assist with onboarding and new-hire paperwork
• Scan, file, organize, and maintain confidential documents
• Answer emails and assist with general HR correspondence
• Help coordinate HR projects and department needs
• Provide additional administrative support as assigned

Ideal Candidate

• Interested in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• HR students or interns looking to gain professional experience are highly encouraged to apply
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
• Professional communication skills
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and computers
• Able to maintain confidentiality when handling employee information
