Warehouse Supervisor

Pay: $20–$25/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
Shift: Full-Time | 1st Shift / Day Shift

A growing manufacturing operation is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse activities and supervise a team of approximately 10–15 employees.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who is organized, dependable, confident giving direction, and comfortable holding employees accountable while keeping materials and orders moving efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise and direct 10–15 warehouse employees
• Assign daily tasks based on production needs and customer priorities
• Oversee shipping, receiving, storage, and material handling
• Coordinate material flow throughout the facility
• Monitor productivity and ensure daily priorities are completed
• Improve warehouse processes and workflow
• Maintain accurate warehouse paperwork and transaction records
• Help maintain an organized, efficient, and safe work environment
• Communicate expectations clearly and hold team members accountable

What We’re Looking For

• Previous warehouse supervisor, warehouse lead, or manufacturing leadership experience
• Experience supervising approximately 10–15 employees
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Confident and firm when providing direction
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory, and material handling
• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Paint, powder coating, automotive, or manufacturing experience is a plus
