Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 5:00 pm

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Our client is a leading provider of specialty hardwoods, boasting a large warehouse and offering custom milling services. They are currently seeking a Warehouse Worker/Customer Service Representative to join their dedicated team.

 

Responsibilities:

• Perform warehouse duties, including lifting, stacking, and operating a forklift.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, orders, and product recommendations.
• Assist with deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate completion of orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Learn and develop knowledge about different wood types and their applications.
• Embrace a fast-paced work environment with physical demands.
• Collaborate effectively with a small, conservative, and outdoorsy crew.
• Exhibit punctuality and reliability as key attributes for success.
• Uphold company policies and standards, including passing a drug test.
• Exhibit a strong work ethic and commitment to long-term employment.

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid ODL.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Physical fitness to handle lifting, standing, bending, and other physically demanding tasks.
• Industrial clean-cut appearance.
• Strong back and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently as a self-starter.
• Quick learner with a genuine interest in learning about various wood types.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for providing top-notch customer service.
• Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
• Previous warehouse or customer service experience is preferred.
