Location: Windsor Locks, CT

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm or 12:30 am to 8 am

Pay rate: $20-22/hr, based on experience

What You’ll Do

• Operate & Monitor Furnaces: Load and unload materials while monitoring furnace temperatures, cycle times, and processing conditions to keep production running correctly.
• Follow Production Specifications: Use work orders, procedures, and process specifications to make sure every component is processed according to requirements.
• Inspect & Document Results: Perform basic quality checks and accurately record temperatures, cycle times, production data, and material traceability information.
