Cranberry Processing – Packaging & Production Associate

Express Employment Professionals is hiring Packaging & Production Associates for a local cranberry processing facility. This is a great opportunity for dependable candidates who are comfortable working a 12-hour rotating schedule and enjoy hands-on production work.

Pay & Schedule

Day Shift: 4:00 AM – 4:00 PM
$16.50–$17.50/hour

Night Shift: 4:00 PM – 4:00 AM
$17.75–$18.75/hour

• Perfect attendance bonus: Earn the higher rate when perfect attendance is maintained for the week.
• Overtime: Time-and-a-half after 40 hours
• Paid weekly: Every Friday
• Rotating schedule

Packaging & Production Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor a variety of production and packaging equipment
• Package finished cranberry products
• Assemble and prepare display boxes
• Palletize finished products for the warehouse
• Sort cranberries and inspect product
• Perform general cleaning and housekeeping duties
• Follow safety and quality standards throughout the production process

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work a 12-hour rotating schedule
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. for 30-minute increments throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Must be comfortable being trained on a forklift
