Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM-9:30 PM
Training: Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM-1:30 PM for approximately 2-3 weeks

Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for a 2nd Shift Painter to join a local manufacturing team. This position is responsible for painting completed refrigeration units and ensuring finished products meet quality standards. This is a great opportunity for someone with industrial painting experience who takes pride in producing quality work.

What You'll Do

• Paint completed refrigeration units using industrial spray painting equipment
• Prepare units and work areas for painting
• Operate spray paint equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect finished units for proper coverage and quality
• Follow paint specifications and production requirements
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and required PPE guidelines
• Properly use a respirator when required
• Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail

What We're Looking For

• Previous industrial or manufacturing painting experience preferred
• Sheet metal painting experience is a plus
• Experience operating spray painting equipment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow instructions and production specifications
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to safely wear required PPE, including a respirator when necessary
• Manufacturing experience is a plus

Schedule & Training

The regular schedule is Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM-9:30 PM.

New hires will train on 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM-1:30 PM, for approximately 2-3 weeks before moving to the regular 2nd shift schedule.
