Schedule: 1st - Monday-Friday, 5am-1:30pm with OT later in the afternoons or Saturdays as needed.

Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for a Foamer to join a local manufacturing team. This position is responsible for preparing and foaming shipping panels while ensuring materials are selected and assembled correctly. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-minded, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

What You'll Do

• Set up and operate jigs used in the panel foaming process
• Select the correct metal and materials for each panel
• Prepare and apply materials according to specifications
• Read and follow blueprints and measurements
• Maintain accurate production records
• Use small hand tools safely and efficiently
• Operate a forklift safely
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Work independently while making safe and responsible decisions

What We're Looking For

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Previous foaming or panel assembly experience is a plus
• Ability to read blueprints
• Ability to read and accurately use a tape measure
• Forklift experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to follow safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Good judgment and a team-oriented attitude
