Salary: 12-13hr

A local Car Dealership/Collision Center is looking for a PT Office Assistant to help in the office and with customers. This position will start 1-2 days week 7:30am-4:30pm and then help cover maternity leave. Pay $17-18/hr.  

 

Duties include:

• Assisting with customers
• Answering phones
• Scheduling appointments
• Looking up parts and inventory
• Quoting prices and estimates
• Documentation

 

Experience Required:

• 1-2 years' experience working in an office and customer service
• Proficient with computers 
• Good with numbers
• Must be able to multi-task, have strong attention to detail, and is personable
