A growing construction company in Chickasha is seeking dependable and skilled Carpenters and Construction Workers to join their team. Candidates must have construction experience, be comfortable working with hand and power tools, and possess strong measuring skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry and general construction duties on residential and commercial projects.
• Measure, cut, and install building materials according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
• Frame walls, install trim, and assist with remodeling projects.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Maintain a clean and safe worksite.
• Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous carpentry and construction experience required.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
• Must pass a Tape Measure Test during the hiring process.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
