Furnace Operator / Machine Operator

Location: Hutto, TX
Job Type: Full-Time

Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Pay: 20.00-22.00$

A growing advanced manufacturing facility in Hutto, TX is hiring dependable Furnace Operators / Machine Operators for both day and night shifts. This is a hands-on opportunity for candidates interested in manufacturing, production, machine operation, industrial equipment, or furnace operation.

What You’ll Do

• Learn to safely operate and monitor industrial furnace equipment
• Load and unload materials from furnaces
• Monitor equipment and report process or performance issues
• Follow detailed SOPs and safety procedures
• Perform routine furnace and production tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Complete production work accurately and efficiently
• Participate in hands-on training and skill development

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Manufacturing, production, machine operation, or industrial experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable and safety-focused
• Able to follow detailed work instructions
• Comfortable working 12-hour shifts
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Willing to learn specialized manufacturing equipment and processes
