Service Advisor

Pay

$20.00 + commission 

Job Summary

The Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department. This role is responsible for scheduling appointments, preparing repair orders, communicating service recommendations, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess service needs
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate workflow
• Prepare and manage repair orders
• Communicate repair recommendations, estimates, and service timelines
• Provide updates on vehicle/equipment status throughout the repair process
• Maintain accurate customer and service records
• Coordinate with technicians and parts personnel to ensure efficient service
• Deliver outstanding customer service at every stage of the repair process

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience as a Service Advisor, Service Writer, or in a related role is preferred
• Basic knowledge of motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, snowmobiles, or other powersports equipment is a plus
• Professional and positive attitude
