Express Employment is looking for an Inside Sales/ Customer Service Rep.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 A.M. – 3:00 P.M. 

Pay: $18/hour plus commission base

Location: Oroville, CA

Job Description:

• Previous sales experience preferred
• Provide inside sales and customer service support
• Communicate professionally with customers by phone, email, websites
• Respond to customer questions, requests, and product inquiries
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain organized customer records
• Demonstrate strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software
• Stay organized and manage multiple tasks and customer requests efficiently
• Have basic mechanical aptitude and an understanding of measurements, dimensions, and how products fit together
• Learn and develop knowledge of a variety of products and applications
• Research and occasionally order products, parts, materials, or office supplies
• Assist with miscellaneous office duties and administrative tasks as needed
• Work well independently while contributing to a team-focused environment
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor

Requirements:

• 1 - 2 years of current experience
• Knowledge of Customer Service by online, phone, retail, face-to-face
• Clean background check
