Call Center Agent (1st & 2nd Shift) 

Express Employment Professionals on 99th and Fort Street is currently recruiting for a Call Center Agent to join a local customer service company in Omaha, NE!

Position Details:

• Type: Evaluation Hire
• Schedule: 1st or 2nd Shift
• Location: On-Site
• Pay/Salary: Up to $19/hour

Job Duties:

• Answer inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues.
• Troubleshoot customer concerns and provide accurate solutions.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Meet performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and call handling.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Recent call center experience required.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Strong data entry and typing skills with attention to detail.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to work one weekend shift per week.
