Position: Inside Sales Representative 

Manufacturing company in north Fort Worth is adding to their Inside Sales team!

 

Schedule: Monday – Thursday 7:30am – 5:30pm

leaving at 5:00pm on Fridays.

Pay: $20/hr

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.
• Handle counter sales and customer inquiries through phone, email, and text.
• Enter and process customer orders, quotes, and sales information accurately.
• Assist Territory Managers with customer support, quotes, orders, and sales opportunities.
• Assist customers with product selection and recommend related products and solutions.
• Learn to size pumps, drives, motors, and other equipment; training will be provided.
• Pick and stage customer orders when warehouse staff are unavailable.

Position Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Sales, pump, plumbing, water systems, or industrial supply experience preferred.
• Mechanical or technical aptitude with a willingness to learn.
• Proficient with computers, email, internet, and business software.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
