Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

About the Position

We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Property & Casualty Insurance Specialist with experience in commercial insurance to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong insurance knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and a professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Property & Casualty insurance needs
• Service commercial insurance accounts
• Handle customer questions and policy-related requests
• Assist with quotes, renewals, endorsements, and policy changes
• Communicate with clients and insurance carriers
• Maintain accurate customer and policy records
• Follow up with clients and carriers as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Maintain a professional and positive work environment

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty insurance experience required
• Commercial insurance experience strongly preferred
• Active insurance license preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional and dependable
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a team
• Proficiency with computers and insurance-related software
