Express is hiring for MULTIPLE Seasonal Help Desk IT positions for a company in Knoxville, TN. 

 

Help Desk IT responsibilities: 

 

• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex or unresolved technical issues from stores, distribution centers, and home office
• Lead and prioritize the central ticketing queue, ensuring service levels are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner
• Guide Guests and team members through the problem-solving process and determine the best-fit solution
• Coach, train, and mentor Help Desk Analysts on technical troubleshooting techniques and guest service standards
• Install, configure, modify, and repair computer hardware, software, and business applications
• Facilitate and direct resolution with onsite technicians or third-party vendors as needed

Help Desk IT Qualifications: 

• 3–5 years of experience in a technical/IT support role, with prior lead, mentorship, or supervisory experience preferred; retail experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency with ticketing/ITSM systems, IT tools, and communication platforms (phone/chat/email)
• CompTIA A+ certification required; Network+ or ITIL Foundation certification a plus
• Strong working knowledge of networking hardware including routers, switches, and VPN appliances, with the ability to lead troubleshooting of connectivity issues

Help Desk IT Shift: 

• Seasonal from (OCT - JAN)
• Training is M-F, 9AM - 5:30.
• After training, it will change from 5 AM - 2/3PM OR 2 PM - 10/11 PM.  
• Must have availability for evenings and weekends throughout peak season.
