Wholesale distribution of overhead and garage door parts (function and decorative items)

 

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am -5:00 pm

 

Pay: $20/hr

Summary:

 

We are looking for a qualified bilingual Sales support specialist to join our team. You will provide support to sales representatives and respond to customer and prospect queries.

 

Provide high-level of administration support for sales representative team.

• Assist in answering customer calls and sales representative emails.
• Place orders in Sage 100 and all necessary paperwork
• Create quotes for customers.
• Act as an extension of the sales team when representatives are away from the office.
• Research new customer leads as requested by sales team
• Update customer records and follow through with inquiries and situation resolution
• Proactively help to support sales team to improve departmental processes, reporting, and workflows.
• Cover the billing support desk when necessary
• Work closely and assist sales team as directed

Job Specifications, Standards and Requirements:

 

Bilingual in Spanish and English Required

• Proven work experience as a Sales support specialist or Sales support associate
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite
• In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Excellent communication skills
• Analytical and multitasking skills
• Teamwork and motivational skills
