Express Employment is hiring for 1st  shift Millwork Specialist in White House Tennessee. The schedule for this position is Monday to Friday 6:00AM-2:30PM. The pay rate for this position is $16.50/HR, paid weekly by Express Employment. The purpose of this position is to safely manufacture high quality products to specifications, while meeting or exceeding productivity targets. Team members may have different roles or positions, such as: building, door pull, glass pull, palletizing. Team members work together to ensure in the millwork facility that the product ordered by the store or customer meets their specifications, has no damage, and gets to the store by the due date. Some of the tasks performed by team members involve operating machinery, power tools, or power equipment. A team member may be assigned to receive and put away stock using power equipment, assemble product using machinery or power tools, or load outbound trucks using power equipment. The activities performed by Team Members are instrumental in a facility achieving or exceeding key performance indicator metrics.
