We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join a growing industrial company in Novi, MI. This position works closely with the Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations, inventory management, and order fulfillment. There is potential for this role to become full-time in the future based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders according to specifications
• Receive, unload, inspect, and stock incoming shipments
• Verify shipments for damage, shortages, or overages
• Coordinate with delivery personnel and carriers
• Resolve shipping and receiving discrepancies
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment
• Assist with inventory accuracy and related warehouse duties

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory experience preferred
• Building maintenance experience is a plus
• Forklift (Hi-Lo) and aerial/scissor lift experience is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
