Hotel Guest Services Representative - Multiple Shifts

Located in Bloomington, IN

Salary: $14.00 / hr

We are seeking a friendly and Guest Services Representative to join a local Bloomington hotel. This role will assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, reservations, phone calls, and general questions while providing excellent customer service.

Job Summary

• Greet guests and patrons as they arrive
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs appropriately
• Take and manage reservations
• Receive and relay incoming, outgoing, and internal phone calls
• Refer messages to the appropriate party
• Maintain accurate accounting of all rooms
• Answer guest questions regarding the Inn's services and amenities
• Provide information about local happenings and attractions

Experience Required

• Previous customer service, hospitality, hotel, or front desk experience preferred
• Experience handling phone calls and reservations is a plus
• Experience with basic recordkeeping or administrative tasks preferred

• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Comfortable answering phones and assisting guests

• Ability to work independently and handle guest needs appropriately

Location: Bloomington, IN

Pay: $14.00/hour

Position Type: Evaluation

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM | Saturday–Sunday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM or 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
