Apartment Maintenance Technician – $25/hr

We’re hiring an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to join a local property management team. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position with consistent daytime hours.

Pay: $25/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
Employment: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Complete apartment maintenance and service requests
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
• Complete make-readies and unit turns
• Repair drywall, fixtures, appliances, doors, and hardware
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and determine appropriate repairs
• Perform preventative maintenance throughout the property
• Maintain clean and safe work areas
• Provide professional service to residents and property staff

Requirements:

• Previous apartment or multifamily maintenance experience preferred
• Strong general maintenance and troubleshooting skills
• Comfortable with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and basic repairs
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently and prioritize work orders
• Professional and customer-service focused
