Express is hiring for MULTIPLE Seasonal Guest Engagement Specialist positions for a company in Knoxville, TN. 

 

 

Guest Engagement Specialist responsibilities: 

• Provide exceptional service via phone, email, chat, and text.
• Assis guests with placing orders to answering billing questions.
• Navigate multiple systems and applications
• Heavy documentation of customer interactions
• contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment during the busy season

Guest Engagement Specialist Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or equivalent 
• Outstanding written and verbal communication
• Highly proficient on a computer and computer programs such as Google Workspace
• Comfortable lifting up to 15 lbs
• Comfortable to sit for extended periods of time
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
• Previous experience in customer service required

Guest Engagement Specialist Shift: 

• Seasonal from (OCT - JAN)
• Training is M-F, 9AM - 5:30.
• After training, schedule subject to change to either 5 AM or 12:30 pm start time. 
• Must have availability for evenings and weekends throughout peak season.
